- You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
In the event of a product return, the shipping costs and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer. - Returns may not be accepted for hygiene products, personal items, or discounted items.
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please contact us before returning any item.
